Now NHAI has set a deadline for KYC of FASTag, according to which all FASTag users will have to get KYC done by 29 February 2024. Go to fastag.ihmcl.com from your phone or laptop.
Now log in with your registered mobile number and password.
If you don't remember the password, reset it.
You can also log in through OTP.
After login, a dashboard will open, go to "My Profile".
Now click on the option of 'KYC'.
You select the customer type and then complete KYC by providing the required ID proof and address proof.
After that declaration will have to be given and then the bank will have to be selected.
For this, you have to go to www.netc.org.in/request-for-netc-fastag.
Now select your bank from NETC FASTag. Now you will reach the site of the bank issuing FASTag.
Here you have to log in again.
After this KYC will have to be updated.
Your KYC will be completed in the next 7 days after you update.
