1. Exercise 1

  • To do acupressure, sit with your back straight.
  • Then squeeze your face tight for 10 seconds.
  • After this relax.
  • It helps your muscles contract. Also, it improves blood circulation.
  • Do this exercise whenever you get time.

2. Second exercise

  • To do this exercise, sit straight.
  • Tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling.
  • Then move the lower lip over the upper lip as much as possible.
  • By doing this you will feel the jaw muscles near your ears.
  • Do this 7-8 times.

3. Exercise 3

  • This exercise can change the face shape by improving blood circulation.
  • To do this, sit with your back straight.
  • Fill your mouth with air.
  • Hold on for 10-15 seconds.
  • Keep your eyes slightly wide.
  • Do this at least 3 times.
