Get rid of eye fatigue like this

  • Do the blinking exercise. When you blink repeatedly, it provides moisture to the eyes and prevents dryness. This improves tear production. First of all, close your eyes slowly and keep them closed for a few seconds. Then slowly open your eyes and repeat the process. Then blink your eyes rapidly for about 20 seconds and then take a break. Repeat this process. This will give a feeling of freshness to the eyes.
  • Do a gaze exercise. To do this exercise you have to focus on a specific object. This improves the flexibility of the eye muscles. Focusing on a single point for a long time reduces eye strain.

  • Palming is a very effective exercise which helps relieve eye strain. Rub your palms together vigorously until they feel warm. You close your eyes and place your warm palms on them. Stay in this position for some time. This provides freshness and comfort to the eyes.
  • To remove eye fatigue, sit comfortably and rotate your eyes clockwise and anti-clockwise. Repeat this process 5 to 6 times throughout the day.
