The eyes should be rubbed upwards with the palms of the hands. If the eye becomes hot, this process should be stopped and the eye should be closed for some time. Rub your hands in front of your eyes with thumbs up. Take your right arm down to the right and your left arm over your head. Move your eyes down, looking at the pupils of each eye once with the right and left thumbs.

Place your thumbs near your eyes in line with your nose. Now move your thumb forward. Now come back to the previous position. Keep your head straight and look ahead. Then the pupil should be rotated everywhere. Do this process 5 times, then close your eyes and rest for 30 seconds.
