Ingredients of Carrot Kheer
15 grams oats
50 grams of grated carrots
1 tsp orange peel
1 teaspoon honey
300 ml skimmed milk
1 green cardamom
5 chopped almonds

Carrot Kheer Recipe
Step 1- Roast the oats
Put oats in a pan and dry roast them for a few minutes while stirring continuously. After roasting, take them out on a plate.

Step 2- Boil the milk
Put skimmed milk in a vessel and keep it on medium heat. Let it boil.

Step 3- Add carrots
Add grated carrots to the boiling milk and reduce the flame. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4- Add oats
Now put oats in the utensil and mix well. Let the kheer cook till it becomes thick.

Step 5- Add dry fruits
Crush small cardamom and take out the seeds. Grind the seeds and put them in oats. Also add honey, orange zest and chopped almonds. Cook for the last 2 minutes and turn off the flame.

Step 6- Ready to serve
