Material
Milk - 2 liters
Khoya - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 3 tbsp
Pistachios - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

Recipe
1. First of all, pour milk into a pan and boil it well.
2. Slow down the gas as soon as the milk starts boiling.
3. Cook the milk till it reduces to half.
4. Then add khova, cardamom powder, sugar, and pistachio pieces and mix.
5. Cook till everything boils well.
6. Then after 10 minutes, when the milk starts getting thick, turn off the gas.
7. Keep the prepared milk cooled down completely.
8. After this, when the mixture cools down, put it in the mold of Kulfi and keep it cool down overnight.
9. Keep in mind that it may take up to 8 hours for the Kulfi to set.
10. When the mixture cools down, pour it into the kulfi mold and leave it to set overnight.
11. Keep the Kulfi out of the fridge for a while before eating it the next day.
12. Now place the mold in a vessel filled with water and slowly take out the kulfi.
13. Your delicious Kulfi is ready. You can serve it as a dessert after lunch or dinner.
