Ingredients needed to make puffed rice idli-
3 cups puffed rice
1 cup semolina
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp eno
2 tbsp oil
½ inch ginger
2 green chilies
1 cup curd
1 tsp mustard seeds

How to make puffed rice idli?
To make puffed rice idli, first, take puffed rice in a vessel.
Then prepare a paste by mixing semolina, water, and salt in it.
After this, add 1 cup of curd to it and keep it aside for about 15 minutes.
Then you keep the idli stand for heating.
After this, chop green chilies and ginger and mix them in the batter.
Then put the batter in the idli mold and steam it on low flame for about 15 minutes.
After this, you put oil in a pan and heat it for tempering.
Then put mustard seeds in it and let it crackle well.
After this, add red chili powder to it and fry the idli.
Now your delicious puffed rice idli is ready.
