A form will open in front of you as soon as you click on the link
you have to fill out this form
In this form, other important information like your name, the ration card number is sought, fill them
Step 4
After filling out the form, you have to upload a copy of the documents sought here.
After uploading you have to click on submit
By doing this, your duplicate ration card application will be completed.
After this, if all your information is found correct, you are issued a duplicate ration card within a few days.
