According to media reports, the Delhi government is preparing to start a WhatsApp-based ticket booking service in DTC buses like Metro.
The number for WhatsApp-based ticket booking of Delhi Metro is 9650855800. To book metro tickets, you have to include this number in your contact list. After this, you have to send the message Hi to that official number.
After sending this message, you get the option to select your language. After this, you will have to enter the details related to the journey like source station and destination station. After this how many tickets do you have to buy? That number has to be entered.
After this, you can easily book Delhi Metro tickets through WhatsApp by making online payments. When WhatsApp-based ticket booking service will start in DTC buses. After that, you will be able to book DTC bus tickets on the same lines.
