Moringa water
Moringa, which is rich in medicinal properties, is also beneficial in controlling BP. Moringa contains vitamins, minerals and many other nutrients, which help in managing BP . You can prepare Moringa water by boiling Moringa leaves. Including it in the diet can help in reducing the symptoms of high BP.
Coconut water to manage blood pressure
Coconut water is also very good for managing BP levels. Coconut water contains about 90 percent water and the amount of fats is very less. It contains high amounts of anti-oxidants and potassium. This can help in managing BP. Be sure to consume coconut water on an empty stomach in the morning. However, along with this, it is also important to take care of the rest of the diet.
