5 exercises to reduce double chin

Exercise number-1

Make your mouth in the shape of 'O'. After this, bring the upper lip to your teeth. Now take out the lower lip. Stay in this position for 10 to 15 seconds and then relax. Repeat 10 times.

Exercise number-2
Open your mouth as wide as possible and take out the lower jaw downwards. Wait for 10 to 15 seconds and then relax. Then repeat 10 times.

Exercise number-3
Stand straight and slowly turn your head to the right. Try to turn it as far as possible. Wait for 10 to 15 seconds and then repeat the same on the left side. Repeat 10 times on both sides.

Exercise number-4
Open your mouth as wide as possible and take out the tongue. Try to extend your tongue as far upwards as possible. Wait for 10 to 15 seconds and then relax. Repeat 10 times.

Massage your face downwards with light hands. Especially massage from the chin to the neck. This increases blood pressure and reduces double chin.
