Luffa peel chutney:-
Material
ridge gourd peels
1 teaspoon ginger
2 green chillies
1 red chilli
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp green coriander
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp mustard oil
1 small tomato cut into cubes
1 small onion cut into cubes
salt as per taste
Method:-
First of all, wash ridge gourd's peel, green coriander, tomato and onion. After this, blend all the above mentioned ingredients (except lemon juice) including chopped onion, tomato, coriander and ridge gourd peel. If you feel that the chutney is too thick, then add very little water to it. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and let them crackle a little. Then, remove the pan from the gas and add the chutney mixture to it. Now add lemon juice to it. Delicious chutney of ridge gourd peels is ready. Now you enjoy it.
