In a heartwarming move ahead of Diwali, Haryana's Panchkula-based pharmaceutical company Mitskind Healthcare surprised 15 of its employees by gifting them cars. The company, located in the Panchkula Industrial Area, presented a total of 13 Tata Punch and two Maruti Grand Vitara models to its top-performing employees, demonstrating its appreciation for the hard work and dedication of its employees.

Mitskind Healthcare owner MK Bhatia personally presented the keys to the new cars, expressing his appreciation towards the employees. "They are like celebrities to me," he said, emphasizing their important role in the company's success. Bhatia mentioned that the gesture was to show appreciation and was not specifically planned on the occasion of Diwali festival. The employees were overwhelmed with gratitude for their unexpected gifts. Sharing her experience, Venus, a senior HR employee, said, “Three years ago, when I joined, Sir shared his dream of gifting a car to all his employees. Today, he has made that dream come true.”

Rekha, another employee, said, “I was gifted a car last year, and the company still bears my fuel expenses.” Such sentiments highlight the strong sense of loyalty and appreciation that has developed within the organisation.

This is not the first time Mitskind Healthcare has rewarded its employees with cars. In fact, last year, 12 employees received vehicles, taking the total number of cars gifted to employees to 27. The company has expressed its intention to continue this rewarding practice in the future, making it a tradition to recognise the efforts of their employees.

One of the vehicles gifted is the Tata Punch, an entry-level SUV that was launched in 2021. Priced at a starting price of Rs 6 lakh, the Tata Punch is equipped with a 1.2-litre engine and is renowned for its safety features, having received the coveted 5-star G-NCAP rating.
