While cleaning the kitchen before Diwali, avoid such mistakes which may waste your efforts and make every corner of the kitchen not shine.

Clean spots
Often there are oil stains on kitchen walls and utensils and boxes etc. Due to splashes etc., oil droplets rise and make the walls dirty. Therefore, first of all, clean the walls and floor of the kitchen. Bleach and detergent can be used for this. Kitchen slabs can be cleaned and shined with detergent. Keep in mind that if the kitchen walls have tiles, then clean them with detergent. Wipe or paint cement and paint walls with a cloth.

Glassware
The utensils kept in the kitchen have to be cleaned in different ways. If you have glass utensils, take special care while cleaning them. To clean glass utensils, make a solution by adding a little salt and soap to hot water. Clean the utensils with this solution.

Individual cleaning of utensils
If you have copper, silver, or bronze utensils then use tomato ketchup for cleaning. Keep ketchup in the vessel for some time, then rub it with a clean cloth. You can wipe the utensil thoroughly with a wet cloth. Also, brass utensils can be cleaned with tamarind, salt, lemon, and vinegar. To clean iron utensils, prepare a paste by mixing salt in some hot water. Clean the utensils with this.

Plastic items
If plastic items are kept in the kitchen, then to clean them, fill a bucket with hot water and mix three spoons of baking soda in the water. Now put plastic things in this water and keep it for half an hour. Then wash the plastic item with clean water. Along with cleaning the cobwebs on the ceiling, and stains on the walls and floor, also clean the cupboards thoroughly. Apart from this, clean the kitchen sink also.
