- Vitamin C is found in oranges. This is also good for the health of the eyes. It helps in improving the health of the blood vessels around the eyes. It is also considered good for preventing cataracts. You can eat an orange as a mid-meal.
- Beta carotene is found in sweet potatoes, which can help in reducing the dryness of the eyes. In the evening, you can make sweet potato chaat and eat it.
