Ingredients required
- Black pepper - 5
- Fresh turmeric - 1/2 inch or ground turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Flax seeds - 1 tsp
- Neem - 2-3 leaves
Method to prepare and use
- Mix everything in the water.
- Boil the water till it remains half.
- Sieve it and drink it hot.
- You will get relief.
