Phosphorus is very important for bone health. Not only has this, but the consumption of sugar also adversely affected your brain capacity.
Refined products
Consuming refined products is also not considered good for bone health. These products do not contain important nutrients like calcium and phosphorus. Due to this, your bone health is adversely affected. Not only this, when you consume refined products, then you reduce the intake of healthy foods and your bones become weak due to this.
Cold drink
Cold drinks or any kind of carbonated drinks are extremely harmful to bone health. This is due to the high amount of phosphoric acid present in them. The phosphoric acid in carbonated drinks increases the acidity level in your blood. In such a situation, calcium starts coming out of the body to reduce the acidity level in the blood. Due to this bone density decreases and the risk of fracture increases.
Too much salt
Salt enhances the taste of your food, but excessive salt intake is harmful to bones. The more salt you eat, the more calcium you lose. Drinking caffeine

If your daily caffeine intake exceeds 400 mg, your bones become weaker and you are at an increased risk of fractures.
