Start of the day

Wake up in the morning and drink amla and ginger drink. Eat 5-7 soaked almonds along with it. From detoxing the body to boosting immunity, this drink is very beneficial. Almonds boost immunity. Also, it is good for digestion.

Breakfast

There can be many options for breakfast. You can eat oats with chia seeds and fruits or have mixed dal chila, porridge, up or scrambled eggs. With this, your stomach will remain full and strength will also remain in the body for the whole day's routine.

Mid-morning

Celery juice can be taken with any fruit in the mid-morning. There is a lot of fibre in fruits. Any seasonal fruit must be included in your diet.

Lunch

For lunch, you can have lemon rice with raita and salad, ragi roti with vegetables or dal khichdi. All these options for lunch are very good for your health. There is also a lot of nutrition in these. You can also make some healthy changes according to your choice.

Snack

In the evening snack, you can eat khakhra or makhana with soya or almond milk coffee. Instead of eating something unhealthy for a light evening hunger, choose such options.

Dinner

Have veg khichdi or dal-rice or soup cutlets with moong dal for dinner. Post dinner you can also take some healthy drinks like fennel water for digestion.
