* Ingredients required to make Dry Chilli Paneer:

1. Paneer - 500 grams

2. Onion - 250 grams

3. Capsicum - 2 Red

4. Yellow capsicum - 2

5. Green chili - 50 grams

6. Ginger - 4 teaspoons

7. Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon

8. Schezwan sauce - 2 teaspoons

9. Garlic paste - 4 teaspoons

10. Maize flour - 2 teaspoons

11. Butter - 2 teaspoons 12.

Tomato ketchup - 4 teaspoons

13. Soya sauce - 2 teaspoons

14. Salt - 2 teaspoons (as per taste)

15. Vinegar - 2 tsp Vinegar

16. Refined oil - 1 cup

17. Green chili sauce - 2 tsp

* Easy Recipe to Make Dry Chilli Paneer:

1. To make Dry Chilli Paneer, first cut paneer, onion, and capsicum into small cubes.

2. After this, wash the chopped capsicum with water and keep it aside.

3. Now peel the ginger and cut it finely in a small bowl and then cut the green chilies.

4. After this, put paneer in a small bowl, add cornflour, salt, ginger powder, vinegar, and chili paste and keep it to marinate for 15 minutes.

5. Now heat oil in a pan on medium heat, put paneer pieces in it, and fry till it becomes golden.

6. After this, put some more oil in the same pan on medium flame and add garlic paste, chopped ginger, and chopped green chilies and fry it.

7. Now add chopped capsicum to it, fry for a minute, and then add onion to it.

8. Then add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, green chili sauce, and soya sauce.

9. Now put butter in it and cook it for two to three minutes while stirring it well.

10. After this, finally add fried paneer cubes to this mixture and mix well.

11. Now garnish with green onions and serve hot.
