Step 1- To practice Dhanurasana, first lie down on your stomach.
Step 2- Now bend your knees while keeping your hands near your feet.
Step 3- Hold your bent knees.
Step 4- Now while breathing, lift the chest upwards and pull the legs with the hands.
Step 5- Focus on the speed of breathing. Step 6- Now stay in this position for 15-20 seconds, then come back to the previous position.

Precautions of Dhanurasana Yoga
Some precautions should be taken while doing any yoga like Dhanurasana yoga should not be done by people who have neck problems or lower back injuries. This type of yoga can aggravate the problem.
Hold the ankles gently, do not press too hard. This can hinder circulation.
This yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach.
