Dhaba Style Paneer Recipe
Material:
Paneer – 250 grams (cut into small pieces)
Onions – 2 medium sized (chopped)
Tomato - 2 large (chopped)
Coriander – fresh (chopped)
Garlic – 4 cloves (chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch (chopped)
Green chilli – 2 (chopped)
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil – 2 tbsp

How to make Dhaba Style Paneer:
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala and mix well.
Now add onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies and fry them until they turn golden.
Add tomatoes and grind them to form a smooth masala.
Add a piece of cheese to it and mix well. Now add some water to it and keep it covered.
After 5-7 minutes, add coriander and mix into the masala. Now Dhaba style paneer is ready. Serve it with hot roti or naan.
