Fruit custard is made from different fruits along with milk and some dry fruits. Also, it gets ready in a very short time. Let's learn the recipe to make it.
Ingredients for making fruit custard-
Half a liter of milk
Custard powder 3 tbsp
Sugar 25 grams
Diced apple
Pomegranate
Papaya
Green grapes
Black grapes
1. To make fruit custard, first of all, take some cold milk in a bowl and add 3 spoons of custard powder to it.
2. Mix the custard powder well in the milk.
3. Now put milk in a pan on the gas and let it heat up.
4. Slowly when the milk starts thickening, add custard powder milk to it and mix well. Keep in mind that there should be no lumps in it.
5. Now add sugar to this mixture and keep stirring continuously.
6. When this mixture thickens well, take it off the gas. If desired, some strands of saffron can also be added to it.
7. Now keep this whole mixture in the fridge. After it cools down for about 3 hours, add apple, grapes, pomegranate, papaya, and banana, and cut all the fruits into small pieces.
8. Then put pieces of pistachios on top of it to garnish and serve to the guests.
