Delhi Metro Ticket Booking: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) recently started a paper ticket service, on which you can travel in the metro by scanning the QR code present on it. Now a new service has been started to book tickets, for which you do not need to go anywhere. You can now book tickets to your destination through WhatsApp. Currently, this service is not available for all metro lines in NCR. Only the passengers of the airport line will be able to take advantage of this.
This ticket booking service through WhatsApp chatbot is currently started for Delhi Metro Orange Line. For this, DMRC has issued a WhatsApp number, which you will have to save on your phone first and then you will be able to book tickets through WhatsApp. Let us know about this whole process.
