Crocodiles are widely known to remain still and motionless for very long periods. They are believed to restore and store energy for very long periods and then use the stored energy in adverse or high-demand situations. Similar is the condition of human beings.

Makara Mudra Steps

  • Makara Mudra is a hand or finger gesture that can be used in many situations to benefit from your well-stored energy.
  • To do this you need to keep one hand inside the other.
  • Now slowly move the thumb of the lower hand forward through the little finger.
  • After this, the ring finger of the other hand should be placed in the middle palm of your other hand.
  • Make sure that the tip of the thumb and ring finger are touching each other.
  • Now, you should spread the rest of the fingers as wide as possible.
