Curry leaves are commonly used in South Indian food. At the same time, many people put it in lentils or fried rice. Along with this, many people drink herbal tea mixed with curry leaves in the morning, which gives many benefits to the health of hair, thyroid, skin, and stomach. Talking about the benefits of curry leaves, it helps in reducing hair fall, prevents graying of hair, and improves hair growth. It helps in relieving migraine headaches, lowers blood sugar levels, promotes weight loss, and even balances hormones.

How to consume:
You can either chew some leaves and then drink some water or boil the leaves in a cup of water for 5-7 minutes, strain it, and drink it lukewarm.

Curry leaves prevent gray hair and hair fall:
Use herbal concoctions, hair masks (for hair application), and hair oils that contain curry leaves. It will help reverse dandruff, hair fall, alopecia, and premature graying and improve hair growth.

Curry leaves for head lice:
A fine paste of curry leaves is made and mixed with sour buttermilk. It is applied on the scalp and kept till it dries. Later it is washed thoroughly. Doing this two or three times a week with a gap of 1-2 days in between gives good rest.

Apart from hair health it also helps in many other disorders. Here are several tips on how to use curry leaves:

Nausea
After roasting (wash 6 fresh curry leaves, dry them and roast them in half a spoon of ghee), cool them and eat them. This gets rid of the problem of nausea.

Bad breath
Fresh curry leaves (5 curry leaves), chew for 5 minutes, then wash mouth with water.

Diarrhea
Paste curry leaves (30 leaves-grind and make a paste), mix it with buttermilk, and eat it.

Diabetes
Make their chutney, which can be eaten by mixing in food, roti rolls, or anything else.

Cold sores
Mixing the powder of curry leaves with honey and applying it on the mouth ulcers is beneficial. Stomatitis is relieved by the medicine for 2-3 days.
