Material
Grated Paneer - 1.5 cups
Hung Curd - 2 cups
Chopped cashews - 3-4 tbsp
Bread Crumbs - 2 cups
Chopped green chili - 2-3
Fried Onion - 1/2 cup
Green coriander chopped - 1 cup
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
oil as required
salt to taste

Recipe
1. First take out the paneer in a bowl.

2. Then take curd in a big bowl and add paneer.

3. After this add fried onions, red chilies, chopped cashews, green chilies, and green coriander to this mixture and mix well.

4. After mixing, add bread crumbs to the entire mixture.

5. Do not over-mix after mixing the ingredients. Otherwise, the curd will become moist. After this, if the dough looks sticky, add more bread crumbs.

6. Then take some mixture in hand and make small balls.

7. Press these balls to shape them into kebabs.

8. After preparing the kebab, coat it with maize flour.

9. Prepare kebabs from all the mixture in this way.

10. After this, heat a pan on the gas and fry the wrapped kebabs in it.

11. When brown and crispy, take out the kebabs on a plate.

12. Your delicious Dahi Kebabs are ready. Serve with green chutney or chutney.
