To make this instant soup, wash and soak the chickpeas overnight, drain the water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles. Wash, peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.

Take a blender and add cucumber, green chillies, grated cucumber, chickpeas, curd, black pepper, salt and coriander leaves. Keep blending the mixture until it becomes a thick creamy soup.

Take a pan and add olive oil with garlic, fry well and pour over the soup, mix it well. Garnish as per your choice and enjoy
