Till now you would usually be doing small transactions by linking your bank account with the UPI payment app. Now its scope has increased. Now you can link the Rupay credit card issued by IDFC First Bank to the BHIM app and use the Merchant UPI QR Code at your neighborhood grocery or grocery store. You can make payment by scanning or online with your credit card.

With IDFC First Bank's Rupay Credit Card, you will be able to make UPI payments in the same way as you do through a bank account. Here the money will be deducted from your Rupay credit card. Let us tell you that now RuPay credit cards of 14 banks are visible live on the BHIM app.

How to make UPI payment with IDFC First Bank Rupay Credit Card
>> Scan merchant UPI QR code through your UPI enabled third-party app
>> Enter the payment amount.
>> From the dropdown, select your IDFC First Bank RuPay Credit Card linked to UPI
>> Enter 6 digit UPI PIN to authorize the transaction

How to make payment to e-commerce merchant through UPI with IDFC First Bank Rupay Credit Card
>> Select the UPI-enabled app linked to your credit card as the payment mode on the merchant website/app.
>> Log in to the UPI-enabled app and select the registered IDFC First Bank RuPay Credit Card from the list of available accounts.
>> Confirm the payment using your 6-digit UPI PIN.
>> Payment confirmation will be displayed. Once the payment is complete, you will be redirected to the merchant page.

How to link RuPay credit card to the BHIM app
First of all open the BHIM app.
After this click on linked bank account.
Now on clicking +, two options appear in Add Account – Bank Account and Credit Card.
After clicking on Credit Card, you will get the details of the credit card linked to your mobile number.
Now enter the last 6 digits and the validity of the credit card.
After this enter the OTP received on the mobile.
Create a UPI PIN. In this way, the registration process will be completed.
Now scan the merchant UPI QR code, select RuPay Credit Card, and enter the UPI PIN to complete the payment.
