1. Dip Fry- We dip fry many foods for taste, but these deep-fried things become like poison. No matter how good we make things because deep fried things are not healthy. Due to the high temperature in it, it reacts with oxygen and gets oxidized, which after going into the stomach turns into trans fat and affects the heart, liver, and kidney.
2. Pan fry- Like dip fry, pan-fried things are also very bad. Due to this, nutrients are removed from the food and it starts turning into toxins. Pan frying produces harmful chemicals like acrylamide which can cause cancer. The darker the color of the food pan fry, the more acrylamide will be formed.
3. Grilling - Nowadays we do grilling to make food more spicy. In this, with the help of a Barbie cue, the food is kept on fire. Chicken Tikka or Paneer Tikka is usually grilled. However, not all things with grilling are harmful. Grilling many things becomes beneficial. But if you grill red meat or processed things in it, it can cause cancer.
4. Microwaving - It has been proved in many studies that microwave emits radiation. A 2011 WHO study also revealed that microwave radiation can leave carcinogenic chemicals in food. That's why microwave is also not right for us.
5. Smoking - We all know that smoking is injurious to us. Similarly, cooking food in smoke can also prove fatal for us. Harmful chemicals like HCA and polycyclic hydrocarbons from smoke get mixed in the carcinogenic food.
