Pumpkin- 200 grams

Melon seeds – 1/4 cup

Low-fat cream – half cup

Butter- three tablespoons

Black pepper- as per taste

Onion- one

Ginger paste – one spoon

Garlic paste- one spoon

Chilli- one spoon

  • To make Creamy Pumpkin Soup, wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Now peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces. Now take a cooker and add butter to it, once the butter melts, add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry. When the onion turns light brown, add pumpkin pieces to it add some water and cook for 2-3 whistles.

  • After the whistle, turn off the gas and wait until the lid of the cooker opens. Now grind its seeds along with the soup in a blender and keep it aside.
  • Now take a pan, and add butter to it. Now pour the soup into it and add cream. When it starts boiling, turn it off and serve garnished with coriander. If you want, you can also serve it by adding black pepper and cream to it.
