Ingredients required to make the cold salad-

Paneer 250 grams

Corn 1

Potato (boiled)

Chopped 1 Apple

Julienned 2 Onions

Radish 1 (finely chopped)

Green chili 2

Spring onions 4

Green olives 5-6

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Extra virgin olive oil 1 big teaspoon

Salt to taste

Red wine 4 tbsp for dressing

How to make the cold salad?

To make the cold salad, you first heat a pan.

Then add onion, red pepper, and salt to it and fry on low flame.

After this, add radish, apple, boiled potatoes, paneer, and corn to it.

Then mix it well, remove it from the gas, and keep it cool down.

After this, add green chilies, green onions, and green olives and mix it.

Then when the salad cools down, add salt, black pepper powder, and olive oil to it.

After this, you pour some red wine on top of it.

Then mix all these things well.
