Karwa Chauth 2023: Married women observe the fast of Karwa Chauth for the long life and happy life of their husbands. After the moon rises in the evening, there is a tradition of breaking the fast by drinking water and then eating food. After spending the whole day without eating anything, when they get a chance to eat in the evening, women prefer fried, spicy food. Which no doubt looks fun to eat, but there is every possibility of it causing digestive upset. In such a situation, so that digestion does not get spoiled after the fast, break the fast with these things instead of biryani, kachori, and puri.
