Ingredients required to make Sabudana Halwa-

1 cup sago

4 cardamom (ground)

10 almonds chopped

10 cashews chopped

1 teaspoon saffron threads soaked in milk

4 tablespoons desi ghee

1/2 cup sugar

How to make Sabudana Halwa?

To make Sabudana Halwa, first, wash the Sabudana in water two to three times.

Then soak the sago in water for about 1 hour.

After this, put some desi ghee in a nonstick pan and heat it on medium flame.

Then add soaked sago in it and fry for a while stirring.

After this, when the sago starts turning light brown, add about 2 cups of water to it.

Then when the sago gets cooked and becomes transparent, add saffron threads to it and mix.

After that add sugar as per taste and cook it for about 5-7 minutes while stirring.

Then add cardamom powder, cashew pieces, and almond slivers to it and mix.

After this, cook the halwa for a while and turn off the gas.

Now your delicious Sabudana Halwa is ready.
