Ingredients needed to make raw turmeric vegetable -

Required Ghee

Cinnamon stick 1

Cumin 1/2 tsp

Asafoetida 1/4 tsp

Green chili 2-3

Garlic 1 tsp (chopped)

Ginger 1 tsp (chopped)

Raw turmeric 200 Gram

Curd 3/4 cup

Garam masala powder 1 tsp

Green peas 1/2 cup

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste

How to make raw turmeric curry?

To make raw turmeric curry, heat some oil in a pan.

Then add cumin, asafoetida, garlic, ginger, and green chilies and fry them.

After this, add grated raw turmeric to it.

Then you cook it for at least 10-15 minutes till it becomes soft.

After this, add curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder to it.

Then mix all these things well.

After this, add salt and green peas as per taste.

Then you mix it and cook it for about 10 minutes and turn off the gas.
