Ingredients required to make raw mango candy-

2 raw mangoes (carries)

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder

2 drops of orange food color (optional)

1/4 tsp black salt

How to make raw mango candy?

To make raw mango candy, first of all, take mangoes.

Then wash them thoroughly, wipe them, and peel them with the help of a sieve.

After this, cut the raw mango and take out its kernels separately.

Then cut small pieces of the pulp and put them in the mixer jar.

After this, add 1/4 cup of water to it and grind it to make a paste.

Then you filter this paste with a strainer and take out the juice.

Leave its mango juice like this for about 10-15 minutes.

Then you remove the top layer of mango juice and take it out in a bowl.

After this, put half a cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a pan.

Then you heat the sugar till the water becomes homogeneous.

After this, add mango juice to the pan and mix it well.

After cooking for some time, add roasted cumin powder to the mango juice.

Then add 2 drops of orange or green color and black salt and mix it.

After this, cook for about 5 minutes till it becomes thick.

Then turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.

After this, fill the prepared mixture in the candy mold.

After this, you leave it to set for about 15 minutes.

Now your tasty raw mango candy is ready.
