Ingredients needed to make Potli Samosa-

Oil 2 tsp

Fennel seeds 1 tsp

Coriander seeds 1 tsp

Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp

Oil 1/4 cup

Potatoes 4 large (boiled and mashed)

Garam masala powder 1 tsp

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Dried pomegranate seeds Powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Flour 2 cups

Carom seeds 1/2 tsp

Water 1/2 cup (for kneading dough)

How to make potli samosa?

First of all, take a bowl of potli samosa.

Then you add flour, oil, salt, and carom seeds to it.

After this, add water as required and knead the dough well.

Then keep the kneaded flour covered with a cloth for about 15-20 minutes.

After this, make small balls of the kneaded flour and roll them around.

Then put oil in a pan and keep it for heating.

After this, add 1 tsp coriander, fennel, and dry fenugreek to it.

Then you fry all these things well for about 30 seconds.

After this, you put 4 big boiled and mashed potatoes in it.

Then add salt, red chili powder, dry pomegranate powder, and garam masala powder to it.

After this, mix all these things well and fry them in oil.

Then you keep the prepared stuffing aside to cool down.

After this, fill the potato stuffing inside the rolled flour and make it the shape of a potli.

Then put oil in a pan and heat it for frying.

After this, put potli samosa in it and deep fry it till it turns golden.

Now your crispy potli samosas are ready.

Then serve them hot with tandoori chutney or tamarind chutney.
