200 grams paneer
½ cup cornflour ½
tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Oil for frying
2 tsp bread crumbs
Salt to taste
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric
How to make paneer popcorn?
To make paneer popcorn, first of all, take 200 grams of paneer.
Then cut it into small cubes and keep it aside.
After this, put half a cup of cornflour, 1 teaspoon of red chili, and half a teaspoon of black pepper in a bowl.
Along with this, add 1 teaspoon of oregano, half a teaspoon of turmeric, salt as per taste, and half a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, etc. to it.
Then mix all these things well.
After this, prepare the batter adding water as required.
Then you put paneer cubes in the prepared mixture and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes.
After this, put paneer cubes in bread crumbs and wrap them well.
Then keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
After this, put oil in a pan and keep it for heating.
Then put paneer cubes in hot oil and deep fry till golden.
Now your crispy paneer popcorn is ready.
Then serve it hot with green and red chutney.
