Ingredients needed to make Makhana Kadhi-

1 cup Rajgira or Kuttu flour

2 cups

Curd 2 cups

Makhana 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 green chili

5-6 black peppercorns

Ghee or oil as needed

Rock salt

Water as needed

How to make Makhana Kadhi?

To make Makhana Kadhi, first of all, take a bowl.

Then you add rajgira or buckwheat flour and rock salt to it.

After this, add water as required and prepare the solution.

Then put ghee or refined oil in a pan and heat it.

After this, add Makhane in it and roast it well and take it out.

Then put some ghee in the same pan and heat it.

After this, you apply the tempering of cumin, green chilies, and black pepper in it.

Then you put curd and Rajgira mixture in the pan.

After this, cook it stirring well for at least 5 to 10 minutes.

Then you put roasted nuts in it and turn off the gas.

Now your fasting makhana curry is ready.
