Ingredients required to make litchi syrup-
1 cup litchi
Sugar to taste
1 lemon
6-8 mint leaves
1/2 tsp black salt
5-6 ice cubes
2 glasses of water
How to make litchi syrup?
Then you peel them, take out the pulp, and put them in a bowl.
After this, put the litchi pulp in a mixer jar.
Then add mint leaves, sugar, and black salt to it.
After this, add little water to it and grind it smooth.
Then with the help of a strainer, filter the litchi juice.
After this, keep it in the fridge to cool down for a while.
Now your cool lychee syrup is ready.
Then you serve it in a serving glass by putting 2-3 ice cubes on top.
