This time we have brought for you an easy recipe for making barfi.
Raw Papaya Barfi
It is very easy to create it. For this, you have to wash and peel the raw papaya and then grate it. After this, add one spoon of desi ghee to the pan and fry for some time, then add two bowls of sugar it, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes. By now the sugar will have melted and the papaya will also be cooked well.
Now add milk powder, some chopped dry fruits, desi ghee, and ground cardamom powder and cook for some more time. Mix it well and when it becomes thick like halwa, spread it evenly on a greased plate. After half an hour, cut it into the shape of a barfi with the help of a knife. Your tasty and healthy raw papaya barfi is ready. You can eat it during any fast also.
Milk barfi
You don't have to work very hard to make it. To make this, you have to first boil the milk on a high flame, then cook it on a medium flame while stirring continuously. When the milk is reduced to half, then add milk powder to it. By adding milk powder your milk will thicken better, now add sugar to it and keep stirring.
When the milk starts leaving the pan, check its consistency and spread it in equal quantities on the surface of a greased plate. After some time, apply silver work on it and with the help of a knife, cut it into the shape of barfi. Your milk barfi is ready. You can eat this even during fasting.
Chocolate Barfi
It is very easy to make Chocolate Barfi, everyone's favorite of children and adults. For this, first of all, you have to mix 1 teaspoon of plain cocoa powder and 1/4 cup of milk powder very well, so that both mix well.
Now put 200 grams of sugar in a pan, let it melt, and cook for some time. After some time, check its consistency, if it is of one string, then add pre-mixed cocoa powder and milk powder to it and keep stirring it continuously for some time. Now add some chopped dry fruits and two spoons of desi ghee to it, turn off the flame, and spread it in equal quantities on the surface of the ghee-greased plate. After some time, cut it into square shapes and when it cools down, keep it in a container. Your chocolate barfi is ready.
