Ingredients required to make jaggery syrup-
200 grams jaggery
2 tsp fennel powder
2 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tbsp mint leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
1-inch piece ginger
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp black pepper ground
ice Cubes
Salt to taste
How to make jaggery syrup?
To make jaggery syrup, first of all, grind the jaggery coarsely.
Then you pour 3-4 cups of water into a deep bottom vessel.
After this, you allow the crushed jaggery to dissolve well in the water for some time.
Then mix it well for about 10 minutes.
After this, wash and clean the ginger and crush it.
Then wash the mint leaves and chop them finely.
After this, put ginger and mint leaves in jaggery water.
Then add lemon juice to it and mix.
After this add fennel powder, cumin powder, and black pepper powder to the sherbet.
Along with this, add black salt and plain salt as per taste and dissolve it.
Then keep the prepared syrup in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Now your delicious jaggery syrup is ready.
Then you serve the prepared sherbet by putting ice cubes in a serving glass.
