6 tablespoons peanut butter
5 to 6 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 cup plain milk or almond milk
1 scoop vanilla
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional) 1/4 cup chocolates,
for coating 1 tsp coconut oil 1/3 cup crushed peanuts
How to make Healthy Ice Cream Bars?
To make healthy ice cream bars, first of all, take all the ingredients.
Then take all the ingredients together and grind them in a blender.
