1 cup Dates

Cashews or Hazel nuts or preferred nuts 4 to 5 tbsp

1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder or Cardamom powder

2 tsp Ghee

1.5 tbsp Poppy seeds

How to make a dry fruit roll?

To make a dry fruit roll, first of all, take dates.

Then take out the seeds from the dates and cut them roughly.

If your dates are very dry, then put them in a little hot water.

After this, put poppy seeds in a pan.

Then dry roast it on low flame for about 1 minute.

After this, take it off the flame and keep it separately.

Then put 1 tsp ghee in the same pan and melt it.

After this, add chopped cashews and your favorite dry fruits and fry them,

then add cinnamon powder and fry them lightly.

After this, put one spoonful of ghee on the side of the dry fruits in the pan.

Then add chopped dates, roasted poppy seeds, and cinnamon powder to the pan.

After this, cook all these things on low flame till you leave the pan.

Then take out the prepared mixture on a plate and let it cool slightly.

After this, make a roll of the mixture and coat it with poppy seeds.
