Ingredients required to make carrot soup-
200 grams carrot
1 chopped onion
3-4 cloves garlic 1
piece ginger
1 tsp vegetable oil
Crushed whole black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp cream
Water as required
How to make carrot soup?
To make carrot soup, you first take carrots.
Then wash it thoroughly and cut it into pieces.
After this, boil some water and carrots in a cooker.
Then when the carrot is boiled, you leave it to cool down.
After this, put the carrots in a mixer jar and make a smooth paste by grinding them.
After this, put some oil in a pan and heat it.
Then add finely chopped onions, garlic, and ginger and fry them.
After this, fry it well till the onion turns golden.
Then add carrot puree to it and cook till it thickens. Let it cook.
If you find it thick, then add water according to your taste and mix it.
After this add salt as per taste and mix it.
Then boil it for about 1-2 minutes and turn off the gas.
