Ingredients required to make Bread Masala Kachori-

1 tbsp oil

½ tbsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp coriander seeds

9 black pepper

½ tsp asafoetida

1 tbsp ginger (chopped)

1 tsp green chilies (chopped)

1 cup urad dal (soaked)

salt to taste

1 1 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 potato (boiled)

1/2 cup paneer

6-8 pcs bread slices

water as required

1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

How to make Bread Masala Kachori?

To make Bread Masala Kachori, first of all, take a mixer jar.

Then add cumin, coriander, fennel, and black pepper to it and grind it coarsely.

After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.

Then add coarsely ground spices to it and fry on a low flame.

After this, add soaked urad dal, potatoes, paneer, and green coriander.

Then fill the bread sheet with this mixture properly.

After this, again put oil in a pan and heat it.

Then add the prepared bread masala kachori and fry till it becomes crispy.

Now your crispy and spicy bread masala kachori is ready.

Then you put chaat masala on top and serve it hot.
