How to make bitter gourd chips?
To make bitter gourd chips, first cut the bitter gourd and remove the seeds.
Then cut the bitter gourd into a round shape and keep it.
After this, squeeze 1 teaspoon of salt and the juice of one lemon in it.
Then mix bitter gourd pieces in it and keep it aside for half an hour.
After this, put these pieces in water and wash them thoroughly and dry them.
Then add all the spices to the bitter gourd and mix well.
After this, put some oil in a pan and heat it.
