Material
- one spoon ghee
- two spoons gram flour
- one to two dates
- a pinch of black pepper powder
- cardamom powder
- a pinch of turmeric
- a cup of milk
Recipe
- Heat the pan and add one spoon ghee in it.
- When the ghee becomes hot, add two spoons of gram flour and fry until it turns golden.
- After this add a pinch of turmeric, black pepper powder, cardamom powder.
- After frying for a while, add chopped dates.
- Keep stirring the mixture continuously.
- Add milk while stirring so that there are no lumps.
- Let it boil several times.
- Do not dilute it too much and leave it a little thick so that it can be eaten with a spoon.
- If you want to drink it by pouring it in a glass, you can increase the quantity of milk. So that it remains slightly liquid.
