Ingredients required to make Gulkand-

Rose Petals Fresh

Sugar

1 tsp Fennel

Cardamom Powder

How to make Gulkand?

To make Gulkand, first of all, take the fresh rose.

Then you pluck its petals, wash them in clean water and dry them.

After this, put rose petals and sugar in a vessel.

Then with the help of your hands, mash sugar and rose petals well.

After this, put the sugar and rose mixture in a pan.

Then you cook it on the gas on low flame for about 2-3 minutes.

After this, add 1 teaspoon of fennel and cardamom powder to it and mix.

Then you cook it for about 2-3 minutes.

After this, add 1 teaspoon of honey to it and mix.

Then mix the sugar till it dissolves well in the rose.

After this, when it melts well and becomes the consistency of jam, then turn off the gas.

Now your delicious Gulkand is ready.

Then when it cools down completely, fill it in a glass jar and store it.
