Idli Rice- 175 grams
Urad dal- 75 grams
Salt- 25 grams
Carrot- 25 grams
Spinach- 25 grams

Make tricolor idli like this
- First of all, soak rice and pulses in water for 2 hours and then grind them coarsely in a mixer and keep the batter for fermentation.
- Now after this, prepare a paste by grinding carrots and spinach to give color to the idli.
- Now divide the idli batter into three parts and keep them in separate bowls.
- Leaving one bowl of idli, mix carrot paste in one bowl and spinach paste in the other.
- Now put them in the idli maker and keep them to steam for 20 minutes.
- When idli is ready, serve it with coconut chutney and homemade sambar and eat.
