We are teaching you how to make Maharashtrian-style poha. This recipe is very easy. Even if you don't know cooking, you can easily make Poha in just 10 minutes by reading this. Ingredients to make Poha:
1 cup poha (crumbled)
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup peanuts (shelled)
1 potato, finely chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1/2 small chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoon oil
Curry leaves (optional)
Method to make Poha:
Wash and soak poha:
Wash the poha and filter it well. Soak it in cold water for 10-15 minutes.

Vegetable preparation:
Heat oil in a pan. Then add peanuts, potatoes, green chilies, and onions.
Cook the vegetables until they cool completely. After that add tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
Mix everything well and cook until the tomatoes melt.

Mix the poha:
Filter the soaked poha thoroughly and mix it in the prepared vegetable.
Add coriander leaves, lemon juice, and curry leaves and mix.

Cover and cook:
Stir the poha and let it cook on low flame so that all the flavors get time to combine properly.
Poha and vegetables should mix well and get cooked completely.

To serve:
Serve hot poha with lemon slices.
